Career transition services / Outplacement

We offer career transition services to companies that can no longer avoid a reduction in staff. An extremely acceptable social solution, the goal of outplacement is to integrate employees who have to be let go in the near future as quickly as possible back into the work market. As a temporary work specialist with a very large pool of potential customers, we can offer immediate perspectives applicable to employees threatened by unemployment.

Outplacement services comes into play

  • if the chances are remote for finding a new place of work, for example in regions lacking in infrastructure
